Apalachee Coursing Club,Inc., based in Tallahassee, Florida, is a non-profit ASFA recognized lure field trial organization. ACC hosts four all-breed ASFA lure field trials, two weekends a year.
APALACHEE COURSING CLUB OBJECTIVES
a) To further the advancement of all breeds of sighthounds and to provide them with the opportunity to utilize the acute senses and versatile athleticism that were so critical to their development as sighthounds.
b) To conduct lure coursing fun matches and licensed lure field trials in accordance with the current American Sighthound Field Association's Running Rules and Field Procedures and the American Sighthound Field Association's Constitution and Bylaws. Trials are held in Tallahassee, FL.
c) To do all in its power to protect and advance the interest of all sighthounds and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at lure coursing events.
